In a world where social divides run deep, there must exist organizations that not only build bridges, but also engage communities on all sides in closing the divides. This is Creative Strategies for Change (CSC), a grassroots nonprofit founded in 2013 in Denver, Colorado. CSC’s diverse team of artists and educators work with schools, organizations, and communities to achieve our mission of mobilizing arts and education for social justice.

ACT (Arts for Change and Transformation) Youth Institute is an arts driven program empowering youth to respond to the social justice and mental health crises being faced in the US through creative and artistic outlets. Designed for students aged 13-18, ACT’s curricula uniquely combines the arts, social justice, and social-emotional learning, allowing teens to deeply understand themselves, their art, and the communities they interact with daily.
